Among the nation’s top one-percent producers, Josh Shiflett, unsurprisingly, is at the very top of top producers for RE/MAX Whatcom County.

While it might be easy to respond to his number-one designation with a reflexive, Shiflett, responds with the brilliance of a career arcing 20-plus years. From a solo start of cold-calling and hustle came a referral base that now requires service from a team. From writing thousands of contracts and addenda amidst huge market shifts, a certified—and respected—negotiation expert emerged. And from RE/MAX global Chairman Club and Lifetime Achievement awards, Josh is giving back as he mentors brokers as well as tradespeople new to the industry.

Josh and his team are recognized beyond Whatcom County, too.
