Originally licensed in Colorado in 2009, Wendy returned to real estate in 2012 with Keller Williams Realty DTC, obtained the highly respected GRI designation in 2018 and later founded an independent brokerage, Red Maple Real Estate Group, where she practiced through 2022.
After relocating to Bellingham in 2022, Wendy worked as a Director for a local property management company before earning a Washington real estate license in August 2026 and joining RE/MAX Whatcom County.
