Katherine, a residential broker and property manager, enthusiastically brings her best to each of her clients and transactions. She has developed deep appreciation for residential real estate after seeing its practical value and how it allows her to help people reach their life goals. She makes it her business to stay on top of industry dynamics and regulations so she can provide maximum value to her clients, including working with investors to profitably build and manage their portfolio.

When not working in real estate, Katherine enjoys immersing herself in art and music. She enjoys illustrating with digital media and watercolors and has enjoyed playing the violin and viola from a young age.  Much of Katherine’s time is spent working closely with a worldwide nonprofit organization as a volunteer.
